Pencil Innovation

Last Friday, we discovered that our class were motivated to write if we used cool pencils.  So we took the plain pencils we had and used innovation to make our pencils better. 

We love using our cool pencils to write with.

Helpful ideas

After several readings of 'Goldilocks and the Three Bears', the class decided the Three Bears needed to leave a message for visitors when they go out. We are in the process of helping the Three Bears. In groups, the children began to discuss and record possible ideas. 





Wanted Posters

We read the story of 'The Three Little Pigs' and talked about how we could communicate a warning to others about the big bad wolf. The children wrote stories about the wolf and we published these in a Wanted Poster format.  These are the work from one of our writing groups.
